During my stay, I found the perfect home-away-from-home. The location was outstanding, with easy access to all the major downtown attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the hosts were warm, thoughtful and accommodating as they recommended local hotspots. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished. It was also fantastic to have access to the lovely front and back porches, perfect for a relaxing evening after a long day of work.

The only minor downside was the lack of an adequate workspace, such as a table or work desk, which would have been beneficial for business travelers.

Location: the hotel was near the historic downtown and great shops, restaurants and historic sites and historic New Bern. Easily reached Bakers Kitchen, located not very far from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

I had a great stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the town. I enjoyed walking around and finding lovely restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff was also polite, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of this hotel was impressive as well, the room I stayed in was spotless.

Can't fault the property in any way.

the staff was incredibly accommodating, providing excellent recommendations on where to go and what to eat. They also provided dietary restrictions of ours. the breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of beverages, such as juice and coffee. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of food options that covered both gluten-free and traditional preferences. the city had easy access to the hotel, and the room was more spacious than we expected.

Although our experience was overall pleasant, we found little negative aspects to report. In terms of prices, we found them to be slightly above average.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. the location is absolutely superb - nestled in the heart of the historic district, it's just a short stroll away from the charming downtown area and the waterfront. The hotel itself is a beautiful gem, with stunning decor that seamlessly blends the old-world charm with modern touches. The attention to detail is truly remarkable, from the exquisite furnishings to the classy yet cozy ambiance.

There wasn't a single element that I felt needed improvement. Everything was simply fantastic!

We stayed at a hotel during New Year’s Eve and it had some good things. the hotel was in a great location close to many restaurants and bars. the room had a beautiful view of the city skyline. Lastly, there was free breakfast in the morning.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the room was poorly insulated, so we heard a lot of traffic noise from outside.
